Click "Join Now" on the homepage, fill in your email and password, then verify your email address. After that, register your company profile to start receiving AI-powered matches.
First, check your internet connection and ensure you're using the correct email/password. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot password?" link. If issues persist, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Contact support if needed.
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a secure link to create a new password. The link expires in 1 hour for security.
For Norway (Org.nr), Brazil (CNPJ), and UK (Company No.), enter your registration number and click "Search". We fetch public data from official registries to pre-fill your profile. For other countries, fill details manually.
Some registries have temporary downtime or rate limits. Try again in a few minutes, or fill your company details manually. All fields are editable later in your dashboard.
Yes! Go to Dashboard → Settings → Company Profile. You can update name, industry, description, goals, tech stack, and visibility preferences anytime. Changes reflect in matching within 24 hours.
Our AI converts your company profile into semantic vectors and compares them against 50+ business signals. Matches are ranked by compatibility score (0-100%), based on industry fit, goals, tech stack, and geographic focus.
Matches appear based on profile compatibility. If you see unexpected results, review your profile goals and preferences. You can also provide feedback on matches to help our AI learn your preferences better.
Our AI learns from your interactions. If matches aren't relevant: (1) Add more details to your profile, (2) Adjust your matching preferences, (3) Update your goals/tech stack, or (4) Contact support for personalized help.
On your Dashboard, find a match and click the "Connect" button (envelope icon). This creates a private conversation. You'll be redirected to the Messages page where you can start chatting immediately.
Yes! Messages appear instantly using Supabase Realtime. You'll see new messages without refreshing. A red badge on the envelope icon shows unread message count.
Currently, messaging supports text only. File/image attachments are on our roadmap. For now, share links to documents or use external tools for file exchange.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We comply fully with EU/EEA GDPR standards. You can request data deletion, export your profile, or disable AI processing at any time from your dashboard.
In your dashboard, go to Settings → Privacy. Choose visibility: Public (directory), Members Only, or Private (AI matching only). You can also block specific industries or competitors.
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, conversations, and personal data within 30 days as per GDPR requirements.
